Sales Support Administrator

Location: Ashford, Kent

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 plus benefits

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Sales Support Administrator - The Role:

DMC Canotec are a fast-growing technology business.  Our aim is to provide high quality Telecoms solutions tailored to individual customer requirements.  

We are passionate about our staff and due to the continuing and successful growth of our business we are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to assist our sales team.

Reporting to the CTO, you will be responsible for providing the sales team with administrative support.  You will be proactive, have excellent organizational and communication skills and be a capable problem solver.  You will learn all about the telecoms industry to include business phone systems, hosted VoIP systems and supporting technology.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support and assistance to the Telecoms sales team and their clients.
  • Take responsibility for issues that arise from accounts and ensure they are resolved in a timely fashion.
  • Dealing with general enquiries about our products
  • Identify  and increase opportunities with existing accounts whilst developing relationships at various levels
  • Visiting clients as and when necessary
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM

We are looking for a candidate who is able to prioritise work in a demanding and fast paced environment. You will have proven experience supporting a sales team, together with:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
  • Confidente personality
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Results driven and an excellent team player
  • Excellent IT/MS office skills
  • Telephone & Customer Service experience 
  • Abillity to form key business relationships
