Apprentice Sales Administrator

Location: Croydon, South London
Salary: £12,000 
Contract: Full time, 12 Month Business Administration Apprenticeship – Level 2 or Level 3

You will be working along-side the sales team providing administrative support.  You will be ambitious and have the desire to kick start your career in Sales Administration whilst studying for a nationally recognised qualification at either Level 2 or Level 3 over 12 months.

Job responsibilities:

  • Upload sales deals to company portals
  • Monitor sales order process
  • Deal with lease queries internally & externally and coordinate 3rd party enquiries
  • Place orders for hardware and monitor delivery
  • Produce sales reports
  • Oversee machinery rentals and report monthly
  • Carry out general admin duties

Job Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm to carve a successful administrative career
  • GCSEs to include Maths and English Grade C or above
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise
  • Common sense
